Danielle Hayden

Salon Owner & Professional and licensed stylist

Danielle grew up in Rhode Island and graduated from Coventry High school in 2004 with a passion to follow her creative side. She decided to pursue a career in cosmetology, attending Toni and Guy Hairdressing Academy.

After 15 years in the beauty industry, she took on the challenge of a lifetime to open her dream salon. Supported by her husband, Peter, and three beautiful daughters she successfully opened Salon Dahlia.

Danielle specializes in highlights and foiling techniques.

She prides herself on precise foil placement as well as achieving the level of color and dimension desired by her client. Danielle is always willing to accept a challenge with open arms, from color correction to root retouches, and strives to make every one of her clients feeling beautiful at the close of their appointment.

When she is not at the salon you can find her by the beach, hanging out with her family, or at a Grateful Dead show.

Caroline Henn

Caroline is a stylist here at Salon Dahlia. She truly has a passion for the art of hairstyling and loves allowing people to leave her chair feeling confident and pleased with their hair. Caroline grew up in Warwick, Rhode Island and after graduating New England Institute of Technology with a degree in Medical Assisting, she decided to take the leap and go for her true dream career in 2021. As a child, she remembers dreaming that she would be a hairstylist and have the chance to make people feel beautiful. Her passion and interest for hair lead her to Toni and Guy Hairdressing Academy in Cranston. After acquiring her Cosmetology License and finishing up school she was lucky enough to hop right in at Salon Dahlia.

Caroline enjoys utilizing foiling techniques to create those beachy lived-in looks along with giving a nice blowout or style. She loves using highlights to create customizable and natural looks for her clients. She focuses on allowing the client to feel comfortable, happy, and relaxed with each service. She is excited to continue to grow as a stylist and thrilled to start her journey in this career at Salon Dahlia.

Even though being raised in Warwick, Narragansett holds a special place in her heart. Whether it is fishing with her dad, hanging at the beach, or out on the boat. Being in Narragansett brings Caroline so much joy and holds such great memories. Outside of the salon, Caroline loves shopping with her mom, listening to all things rock and roll, and enjoying a great meal out at her favorite restaurant, Twin Oaks.
